A graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, Anar started his first business when he was just 21 years old.

Since then, Anar has invested in dozens of companies at various stages of development, advised several public company CEOs and mentored multiple start-up founders.

Never one to shy away from a challenge or stay inside his comfort zone, Anar’s goal is to help the biomedical gerontology and medical fields accelerate in their endeavors to slow down and even reverse human aging so people can enjoy healthier, longer lives.

Dr. Z serves on the board of the International College of Integrated Medicine, and has chaired two of their international conferences. He is the Clinical Investigator for the ground-breaking PEARL trial, the world’s first and largest trial of rapamycin for aging in humans.  He is also the Principle Investigator for many upcoming longevity-focused clinical trials.

Dr. Z has been involved with multiple successful healthcare startups, including Pill Club, Jack Health, forHims and Modern Fertility. Dr. Z has been passionate about slowing and reversing age-related diseases for 20 years, which led to his decision to co-found AgelessRx. Dr. Z’s vision for AgelessRx is for it to be the go-to platform for all things longevity, to positively impact the lives of as many people as possible.

Vanessa holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Rhetorical Advocacy from Purdue University and has a passion for writing – a combination which makes Vanessa a pro at breaking down complicated topics and effectively communicating patient stories.

Before joining AgelessRx, Vanessa served as Vice President of Marketing & Operations at the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, where she led the customer service, marketing, and IT teams.

Vanessa is an intrepid traveler, avid NAD+ user, barre-enthusiast, and a proud dog mom to a very spoiled Border Collie.

After earning her BA in Women & Gender Studies at Northeastern Illinois University, Courtney went on to build up and develop multiple Chicago nonprofits, raising millions of dollars along the way for everything from urban agriculture and after-school programs to environmental and domestic violence support initiatives.

Courney’s diverse background has prepared her to serve as Director of People and Finance at AgelessRx since March 2021. In her free time, Courtney enjoys adventuring abroad and domestically with her wife and daughter, as well as spending time in the garden.

Among his impressive achievements, Jason led the product team at Akili Interactive, where he helped develop the first video game authorized by the FDA to be marketed as a treatment for children with ADHD. During his time at Statespace Labs and ChatOwl, he further extended his experience to the mental and cognitive health spaces, creating engaging and accessible products that maximize user outcomes and societal impact.

In his role as Vice President of Product at AgelessRx, Jason is bringing the same drive towards access, efficacy, and engaging user experiences to the world of longevity and anti-aging.

Though grounded in his career, Jason is anything but in his spare time, dedicating many of his weekends to water polo and rock climbing, or exploring the reaches of far-away worlds playing board games with his 3 children.

From building machine-learning models to constructing database architecture from scratch, analyzing big data to  leading teams responsible for maximizing client return on investment, Brandon’s professional accomplishments are many and varied.

Prior to joining AgelessRx, Brandon held senior roles at top-tier businesses like, Deloitte, Zeta Mobile and Carat USA, where he led a team dedicated to optimizing and tracking mobile vendors and advertising media buys.

Brandon holds a B.S. with Distinction, High Honors in Economics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he collected a long list of academic prizes and awards.

With over 10 years of experience in various industries, including retail and healthcare, Tiffany has a proven track record of improving satisfaction scores by implementing customer-centric processes and training programs.

In her role as a Director of Customer Experience at AgelessRx, Tiffany leads her team with a similar philosophy as she continues to explore new and improved strategies to encourage retention and enhance the overall AgelessRx experience.

When she’s not on the phone or thoughtfully considering her next response to your question, Tiffany can be found exploring outdoors in the warmer months, adventuring with her family in her RV, or testing out her latest culinary concoction with her son by her side as a taste tester.

Through her years of experience in luxury fashion and tech start-ups, she has led many successful brand strategies and digital marketing efforts. She excels in identifying and understanding unique personas to emotionally connect with audiences and drive engagement.

Ashley possesses a deep understanding of consumer preferences and effective brand positioning that allows her to deliver compelling messaging that resonates with audiences – a skill she brings to AgelessRx to convey the transformative impact of longevity.

As an enthusiast of world travel, great food, fitness, and the outdoors, Ashley is somewhat of a longevity ambassador in her private life. A new mom, you’ll often find her on morning walks with her dog, spending a day at the beach, or planning her next international adventure with her husband and baby.

During his early college years, Mauricio immersed himself in Bioinformatics research, resulting in the publication of three impactful papers, including one in Nature Communications. However, Mauricio’s true calling lies within the startup world.

As a college sophomore, Mauricio co-founded Keto Kind, a clinical nutrition company. Collaborating with researchers from institutions like Harvard and Oxford, he developed and distributed products to individuals dealing with health challenges nationwide. His experience at Keto Kind further solidified his interest in both start-ups and health.

Presently at AgelessRx, Mauricio spearheads various strategic initiatives, from product launches to clinical study design. His primary focus, however, remains on supporting the CEO and AgelessRx team in their pursuit of the company’s most critical objectives, ensuring their success in the dynamic world of health and longevity.

Dr. Kaufmann is a Chief of Pediatric Anesthesia at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Wellington Outpatient Facility. Her celebrated book The Kaufmann Protocol: Why we Age and How to Stop it represents years of non-clinical research leading to the first ever comprehensive theory of aging, complete with an explanation of the tools to decelerate the process. Dr. Kaufmann has lectured at innumerable longevity conferences including RAADfest, People Unlimited, The Church of Perpetual Life and featured on many high-profile podcasts. Dr. Kaufmann earned a Master’s in cellular biology from the University of Connecticut before studying medicine at the University of Maryland, then going on to complete her residency and fellowship at Johns Hopkins in the field of pediatric anesthesiology.

Dr. de Grey is the biomedical gerontologist who devised the SENS platform and established the SENS Research Foundation to implement it. His main focus is on rejuvenation – that is, the active repair of molecular and cellular damage, as opposed to merely slowing down the accumulation of such damage. He received his BA in Computer Science and Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Cambridge in 1985 and 2000, respectively. A renowned thought-leader in the field of biomedical gerontology, De Grey is an international adjunct professor of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and a fellow of the Gerontological Society of America, as well as the American Aging Association and the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies.

Dr. Lobe is a distinguished surgeon and entrepreneur with strong interest in preventing age-related diseases. He developed one of the earliest programs applying laser therapy to children’s disease while serving as Chief of Service at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He developed and led the first pediatric surgery residency-training program in the Mid-South while at University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. Dr. Lobe has over 250 peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, and books to his credit. In 2008, Dr. Lobe opened his first dream clinic, an anti-aging practice in Beverly Hills, California. In 2013, Dr. Lobe moved his main practice to Chicago, Illinois where he focuses on advanced hormone therapy, anti-aging medicine and regenerative medicine. Dr Lobe is currently a Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Joshua Rosenthal was founder, director and primary instructor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which has grown into the largest nutrition school in the world, with 100,000 students in 123 countries. Today Joshua is involved with funding a variety of wellness startups including AgelessRx and KnewHealth. He has authored several books, and his foundation offers free marketing services to nonprofits around the world. Dedicated to community health, in 2006 Rosenthal lobbied the city of New York to be the first major U.S. city to ban trans fats. In 2016, he worked closely with elected officials in Washington D.C. to declare a National Health Coach Week to generate awareness for health and wellness. Rosenthal has a Master’s of Science degree in education from Duquesne University.

Jenny Ro, Ph.D., is a scientist entrepreneur who brings passion for innovation and domain knowledge in aging research. She has worked with many renowned aging researchers, such as Dr. Richard Miller and Dr. Scott Pletcher at University of Michigan. During her doctorate degree, she uncovered neural mechanisms of dietary restriction and how they impact the rate of aging. After her Ph.D., Dr. Ro extended her scientific interest in understating how the body allocates nutrients in different physiological states in the context of cancer and conducted her post-doctoral research with Dr. Nobert Perrimon at Harvard Medical School. She has published 14 peer-reviewed papers and received 6 prestigious academic awards, including an American Federation for Aging Research Scholarship. Dr. Ro is also an inventor of several commercially successful research tools.

After becoming a cancer survivor, Kevin decided to dedicate his life to fighting age-related diseases.  He obtained his PhD studying cellular senescence and cancer at the Buck Institute, and has held leadership positions in numerous well-known organizations in the longevity space. Some of his current and past positions include Director and co-founder of non- and for-profit entities including the Methuselah Foundation, SENS Research Foundation, American Aging Association, LifeStar Institute, Oisin Biotechnologies and Kheprion. He is Scientific Advisor to Ligandal, Nanotics, the Palo Alto Longevity Prize, and AgelessRx.  More recently, he created OpenCures, a platform that biohackers and self-directed researchers can use to measure and track their health while focusing the value of their aggregate data on the development of interventions to maintain and restore health.

Terry Grossman is one of America’s leading authorities in the field of anti-aging, longevity medicine and life extension therapies. He has co-authored two books with famed inventor and futurist Ray Kurzweil, has written numerous articles for health-related magazines, and frequently lectures on anti-aging medicine throughout the US and internationally. Dr. Grossman received his M.D. from the University of Florida School of Medicine in 1979. Following his postgraduate training in Denver, he spent 15 years as a family doctor before opening Grossman Wellness Center in Denver in 1994, which emphasizes functional and preventive, anti-aging medicine. Dr Grossman has developed numerous cutting-edge protocols for measuring and modifying biological age. He is currently the medical director of the city of Glendale, Colorado and the team physician for the American Raptors rugby team. He is the international medical director of Vitallife, the wellness division of world-renowned Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand as well as chief medical officer of HeartFit, a cardiovascular imaging company.
