Customer Experience Associate

Job Overview:

  • As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for day to day operations and customer experience. 

  • This is a customer support role, so much of your work will be responding to our customers via several channels including email, phone, and live chat. 

  • Customer Experience: 

    • Answer customer inquiries to maximize customer satisfaction. 

    • Be able to educate customers on the AgelessRx products and services. 

    • Help develop and improve our customer service infrastructure. 

  • Operations:  

    • Help develop and improve company processes and internal efficiency. 

    • Work with our doctors to get new customer prescriptions approved.  

    • Work with our partner pharmacies to get prescriptions delivered. 

  • You will become an expert on the AgelessRx product and service offerings. 

  • You will provide admin support for a variety of other internal initiatives, including small scale medical trials. 

  • This is an important position that offers excellent opportunities for growth. 


Qualifications Required:

  • Education:

    • BS degree or higher

    Training & Experience:

    • 2+ years of business experience, preferably in an operations or customer facing position.  

    • Past experience in a medical/science-related setting a plus (not required).   


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

    • Excellent organization skills. 

    • Good with technology and online tools. 

    • Strong problem-solving skills. 

    • Knowledge of and interest in longevity a plus. 

  • Misc:

    • Self motivator with strong work ethic
