Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to assist with day-to-day administrative operations and customer support.

This is an hourly position. While the schedule can be flexible, a minimum of 10-15 hours per week is required, including at least four hours each weekend. This position is fully remote. This is an important position that offers excellent opportunities for growth.

• Key administrative/operation duties include:

  • Working with our doctors to get new customer prescriptions approved

  • Working with our partner pharmacies to get prescriptions delivered

  • Helping to develop and improve company processes/internal efficiency
     

• Key Customer Experience duties include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via email to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Learning and understanding AgelessRx products and services

  • Helping to develop and improve our customer service infrastructure

Qualifications Required

Education:

• Some college

​

Training & Experience:

• At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in an operations or customer facing position

• Past experience in a medical/science-related setting a plus (not required)

Skills:

• Good with computers/technology and online tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

​

Misc:

• Self-motivator with strong work ethic

• "Can Do" positive attitude
