Marketing Lead

AgelessRx is a telehealth/ecommerce company that provides longevity prescriptions online. Our mission is to help people live a longer, healthier life by offering prescription therapies shown to safely lower the risk of age-related diseases. We’ve been in business for 14 amazing months, raised our seed funding, and have been growing by 25%+ month over month. We couldn’t be more excited about the future.


Location: Candidates would ideally be located in the South East Michigan area (but not required for the perfect candidate). While the role will start out as remote, there is a possibility that, when it is safe to do so, the team will resume attendance in our Ann Arbor office location.


Title: We are flexible on title based on the experience of the candidate.


Job Overview:

  • As the AgelessRx Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing our customer acquisition efforts.

  • Your goal is clear: Drive incremental sales volume while hitting our CAC goals.

  • You will work closely with our ad agencies to optimize and expand our SEO, SEM and paid media efforts.

  • Our growth goals are ambitious and we have an expanding media budget we need to spend efficiently. A good test and learn strategy will be key.

  • You will team up with our Customer Experience and Ecommerce leads, who are responsible for optimizing our website, landing pages, CRM, product mix & promotional strategy, to maximize CR and customer LTV.

  • You will be joining a team of six and will be the first full-time marketing hire. As such, you will need to be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

  • As a growing start up, there will be lots of plates to juggle and lots of twists and turns; the ability to multi-task and stay organized will be key to success.

  • This is a critical position that offers excellent opportunities for growth.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education:

    • BS degree or higher

  • Training & Experience:

    • 6+ years of digital marketing experience

    • 4+ years with a focus in data driven direct marketing

    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Programmatic, digital media buying, email marketing, content marketing and creative & landing optimization. A true digital marketing pro.

    • Experience with Google Analytics and digital attribution via DCM and/or other 3rd party platforms a plus.

    • Past experience in a SAAS or other recurring revenue business highly valued.

    • Past experience with telemedicine, pharmaceutical and/or supplement products a strong plus.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly analytical and able to use data to guide decisions

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple complex work streams at once

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of and interest in longevity a plus
