REFILLS & REPEAT PURCHASES
If you previously purchased a product from us, and would like to purchase again, you will need to place another order in our revamped patient platform. This upgraded platform was released on 10/6/2020. Once you place an order in our new platform, you will be able to re-order without having to re-enter your account and medical history.
Some products require you to fill out a refill form after 1 year, providing updated medical history, in order for your refill to be processed.
Make sure to inform your doctor if you have medical changes between refills.
